Need a bathtub in the bathroom and an oven in the kitchen in addition to the usual two burner gas stove top
I used the services of this agent before to help out a friend who was moving to Wuhan.
Mind you, it ain't going to be cheap if you want something respectable.
Only the highest end apartments will have a bathtub. Villa's also generally tend to have them. Either way, it's going to cost you (or your company) dearly.
If you are employed by a public university, they often lodge foreigners in flats with luxuries unheard of in normal chinese dwellings. It includes marvels like bathtubs and centralized heating.
Not having been to Wuhan, sorry but I can't give you an answer, however, I have a question.
Why would you travel halfway around the world to a different culture and want to live with people from your hometown? Isn't the whole point of going to a different country to experience the differentness?
